TINY SQUAD INFORMATION

Tiny Squad ages 4–6 (cannot be 6 before August 31st, 2010)
This year our Tiny Squad will be a non–competitive squad to keep the cost to a minimum. The program runs from May, 2010 until March 2011. Practices are NOT optional, this is a team sport and everyone needs to be here to learn the routine. We know that there are times when you have to miss for vacations etc. but, we do ask that you consider the “time” commitment before joining. The squad will practice twice a week. Each practice will be 1 ½ hours. They will learn to jump, tumble, cheer, stunt and dance. We will go to 5 or 6 local competitions as an exhibition squad, so they will get comfortable performing. Most exhibition squads are free of charge and everyone normally gets a trophy or medal. If you would like for them to actually compete at a few competitions, we could have a parent meeting and discuss the fees. Your financial commitment is $990.00 for the year, this is payable in 11 monthly payments of $90.00. This price includes gym time, practice wear, uniform, bows etc. The only additional cost to you will be shoes, which should run approximately $30.00 – $45.00. This will be payable when we order the shoes. Practice times will be announced on Sunday at Sign–ups.
Fundraising is available to help offset all cost.
If you would like more information, please let us know. “Try-outs” will be Thursday, April 29th, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm and Sunday, May 2nd from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Cost for try–outs is $10.00 (includes a T–Shirt). Practices will start the first week of May.
